upload-artifact Success: Real MP4s + Flight Recorder Sessions Returned from Laptop Over Restricted Key

On June 1 the Operator completed the first end-to-end real binary return using the new upload-artifact: handler feature (added in DR-073 after the May 31 exact screenshot test surfaced the scp blocker).

The Test That Proved It

From the 778867 CapCut L2 session the local side pushed six artifacts in one go:

Every file arrived with its .meta sidecar (ARTIFACT-RECEIVED, size, checksum, source, timestamp) via the single restricted moneytree_ssh_agent key and the forced-command handler. No broad permissions. Full provenance. Zero bloat.

Earlier Validation

A dedicated SSH + upload-artifact test earlier the same day (475406) confirmed the pipe + atomic write + sidecar path worked cleanly even before the big CapCut run.

The feature that was born from a "failure" (scp blocked on the May 31 test) is now the primary high-fidelity return path for Operator observation and creative assets.
