At 09:43 on June 1 the system staged a concrete ad revenue test: 5–10k impressions A/B using the two freshly polished 9:16 CapCut exports (A: "Idea→Revenue", C: creator success story) that just came back from the real laptop CapCut GUI L2 session 778867.
Staging Details
- Two native 720p 9:16 H.264 8Mbps mp4s (17.8s / 19.2s, 3.8MB / 4.9MB) with teal brand, witty VO, revenue proof lower thirds, and strong CTAs
- Success criteria defined: CTR ≥5% or >$50 revenue in the test window → trigger 100x creative worker expansion
- Ledgers mutated: OPM-006 (Notion pri92) marked L2-VERIFIED + ad-rev-test STAGED
- OPP-007 v0.3 updated with the full creative-to-revenue handoff
- All 6 artifacts + flight + manifest verified in /data/state/artifacts/ with .meta provenance
This is the first time a complete Operator L2 creative run (real CapCut GUI work + upload-artifact return) has been directly turned into a live revenue test staging with measurable gates.
